PIG FACE

Pig Face.
unnamed-2What an unpleasant name for a flower.

You would think the flower would be mud brown in colour with thick bristly hairs all over. In contrast to this vision, this gorgeous little succulent comes in the most vibrant yellows, oranges and pinks. The petals are almost neon. These hardy plants love the sun (much like pigs do) and you don’t need a green thumb to grow them. They are also known as ice plant or sea fig as they are an Australian native found across Australian sand dunes. Their leave have healing qualities much like aloe vera and their red fruit is edible and tastes much like a salty strawberry. So you will never be short of a meal at the beach again.

Plant a happy PIG FACE today…..oink oink!
